Who does not need to apply:-
- Students who are studying but the condition is they have a valid visa for this.
- Workers working with shipping and petroleum companies overseas.
- People who are permanent residents or those who have work passes.
- Officers who are on their duties and work overseas.
Who must need to apply:-
- Emergency cases like death, sickness, or accident.
- People who want to attend seminar meetings related to business overseas.
- Citizens of Malaysia who got a job letter or a chance to study overseas.
- The spouse who is not officially mentioned in the legal documents
- Sitting in the examination overseas
People who must apply for this do not take this seriously then they will not be able to do activities without my travel pass and get rejected by the authorities. The government mentioned that this pass is not only for the people who are coming into Malaysia but it is also for some citizens of Malaysia under some conditions that are written above. This pass allows people to enter and exit Malaysia. Is an initiative to reduce email applications and to do the work in a maximum of 5 days.
